Genie Bouchard and the college student who won a Twitter bet are clearly still in contact with each other, two years after they attended Super Bowl LII between the Patriots and the Falcons.
Back in 2017 the Tennis star famously bet a fan on social media that the New England Patriots couldn't beat the Atlanta Falcons.
If the fan, John Goehrke, won the bet Bouchard would have to go on a date with him.
Despite the Pats being far behind in the game at the time, they went on to win and well, the rest is history.
if patriots win we go on a date?

Tom Brady did Tom Brady things, Genie accepted the loss and they went to a basketball game.
Two years later, John decided to try his luck again by messaging Bouchard before the 2019 Super Bowl between the Los Angeles Rams and the New England Patriots.
Bouchard posted evidence of the text sent by her date on Instagram. He said: "What's our bet for today?" ahead of kick-off. Good try, mate.

Last year, TMZ reported that the pair have been to the beach together, and have also posted pics hanging out at one of their homes.
Bouchard and Goehrke have been out on not just one, but several dates since 2017's Super Bowl wager but it looks like he didn't get his wish this time around.
Nice try though, John.
