The final week of the inaugural 2021 Racing League takes centre-stage at Newcastle on Thursday evening as Team ODDSbible continue to chase victory in the competition.

We currently sit in eighth place with 247 points, with the current leadings being Team Thoroughbid on 231 points. However, we do go into the final week of action with six runners across the respective six races. We have previewed their chances below.

6.05pm Racing League R31 (1m 4f)

Team ODDSbible are represented by Amir Kabir who makes his return to a synthetic surface having run a number of good races in defeat this term. He finished third during the third week of the Racing League, staying on to good effect to gill third and he is respected in this event. The four-year-old also boasts winning form on a synthetic surface and is not without a chance off a mark of 83 in the opener.

6.35pm Racing League R32 (1m 2f)

Only nine runners go to post for this event which could give Team ODDSbible runner Painless Potter a chance of picking up some place money. The three-year-old was held up on his latest start during a Racing League meeting at Lingfield, but stayed on to good effect in the closing stages to finish third under Martin Dwyer for trainer Alan King. A reproduction of that effort would see him go close and he also boasts respectable form on the All-Weather.

7.05pm Racing League R33 (1m)

Lord Neidin has already run twice for Team ODDSbible in the Racing League, finishing fourth in week one at Newcastle and then sixth in week five at Windsor. There was definitely promise in that effort at Newcastle where he stayed on strongly and the return to this track over a mile augurs well. He looks a definite each-way player off a mark of 87 and could be one of our better hopes of the night.

7.35pm Racing League R34 (7f)

Team ODDSbible are represented by Walls Of Kano who has already run twice for us during the Racing League competition. Her has finished seventh at both Newcastle and Lingfield and he clearly needs a career best to win this. His effort at Newcastle on the opening night of the Racing League only saw him beaten by four and a half-lengths and the step back up to seven furlongs could be in his favour here.

8.05pm Racing League R35 (6f)

Team ODDSbible rely on Tanfantic who has already run for us twice in the Racing League, both of which came on turf. Fourth at Doncaster during the second week of the competition, he went on to fill the same spot at Windsor in week four where he probably set too quick a pace from the front. Ridden with more restraint in this event, he can continue his upward progression and has each-way claims in this event.

Team ODDSbible runner: Tanfantic 14/1

8.35pm Racing League R36 (5f)

Team ODDSbible's final runner of the 2021 Racing League is Centurion Song. The four-year-old is another horse who has already run during the Racing League, finishing last of 11 on the opening night. However, he looked to be struggling with an issue on that occasion and whilst this still demands plenty more, he could maybe outrun his big odds in the finale.
