If you're having a bad day and are wondering how it's only Thursday and not Friday, then please check out this clip of Steve-O being choked out by former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion and MMA legend Chuck Liddell and instantly have your day improved:

Steve-O, real name Stephen Gilchrist Glover, is currently filming for new YouTube series Ultimate Expedition - which sees nine adventurers brought together to climb a 20,000-ft mountain in the Peruvian Andes, with Chuck also among them.

Former MMA fighter Liddell boasts an impressive professional record, winning 21 of his 29 bouts, including victories over the likes of Randy Couture, Tito Ortiz, Wanderlei Silva and Alistair Overeem.

Fair play to Chuck, he does try and warn Steve-O that being choked out isn't going to be fun, but the former Jackass star is an old hand when it comes to shit like this, so is more than happy to give it a go.

I mean, I guess it's not every day you get the chance to be choked out by a professional - maybe it was too good an opportunity for Steve-O to pass up on.

Whatever his reasons, he's out within seconds, but once he does come to he's pretty excited about the whole thing, even telling Chuck he's a 'badass'. I honestly can't think of anyone else who would be so pleased to have been choked by a massive fella.

The series also showed a sweeter side to Steve-O. In a clip from the first episode, which the 43-year-old shared on his YouTube channel, there was a slightly different vibe than portrayed by him being choked out by an MMA fighter, as he set about finding and befriending an adorable dog. Cute, eh?

The clip showed him wandering the streets of Lima, Peru, with two bags of dog food to try and find a dog - at first, he doesn't have much luck, but just as he's beginning to lose hope, he finds a pooch. And it's very adorable.

Naming her Wendy, the pair form a cute bond. He bathes her, takes her to the vet to have her de-flead, de-wormed and vaccinated and then lets her curl up and sleep in his tent with him. Aw.

How nice is that?

You can check out the series here. It's definitely worth a watch.
