He wrote on Twitter: "The issue at United is it's just bunch of young fellas talking to each other. Peers.
"You need someone above the group chat to take the helm. Ole was on the bench when Ronaldo played. A peer. Not enough. Love and respect Ole to the max but his role needs rearranged. My opinion."

The Irishman then posted another tweet shortly afterwards as a fan expressed his desire to see Ole leave the club - something which clearly riled McGregor.
In true McGregor fashion, the mixed martial arts fighter hilariously shut down a fan who posted "So Ole Out" by replying, "Your ma and your birds tits out."

But despite supposedly being in the "Ole in" camp, it appears that McGregor wants a more experienced voice at the club, implying that he would prefer Solskjaer steps away from his role as manager but still be involved as a coach.
Solskjaer is under intense pressure after a worrying downturn in results that culminated in a 5-0 drubbing at the hands of Liverpool on Sunday.
Ole has reportedly been given three games to save his job, starting with a trip to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for a game against Spurs on Saturday.
