The UFC have updated their lightweight rankings following pivotal match-ups in the 155lbs division, with Conor McGregor DROPPING two places.
McGregor lost his trilogy bout to Dustin Poirier via doctor's stoppage and, as a result, he finds himself in his lowest ranking for some time.

He drops two places to 9th, with Islam Makhachev breaking into the top five following his big win over Thiago Moises last weekend.
Poirier, who is riding an impressive three-fight winning streak, remains in the No.1 spot behind UFC lightweight champion Charles Oliveira.
Justin Gaethje, Beneil Dariush and Michael Chandler are ranked second, third and fourth respectively.

Tony Ferguson, Rafael dos Anjos, Dan Hooker and Gregor Gillespie make up the top ten.
Kevin Lee, Carlos Diego Ferreira, Brad Riddell, Arman Tsarukyan and Moises round off the top 15.
As for McGregor, he's set for a spell on the sidelines after undergoing surgery on his broken leg.

UFC president Dana White has since made a huge revelation about the 'Notorious' - revealing that he has 'chronic arthritis' in his ankles.
He said: "(McGregor) has had ankle issues for (the) last couple of years.
"He had asked if he could tape his ankles coming into this fight and he got clearance to do it from the Nevada State Athletic Commission and then he opted not to tape them.
"I don't know why. He has chronic arthritis in his ankles."

Given the severity of the injury itself, as well as McGregor's new-found history with arthritis, White knows his main pay-per-view draw will be out of action for the foreseeable future.
"It's going to take him a year to recover from this one before he can come back, so I don't know," he added.
"We'll see. The fight game is a tough game and the kid has cemented a massive legacy for himself and made a lot of money.
"We'll see how the rest of his career plays out."
