Dana White has shared his honest thoughts on UFC superstar Conor McGregor allegedly punching an Italian DJ.

The 33-year-old hit the headlines for the all wrong reasons when Francesco Facchinett claimed he was randomly attacked on a night out by the Irishman.

McGregor and his team have yet to comment on the damning accusations.

The UFC president, though, was asked for his thoughts on the latest incident involving the 'Notorious' - but said he doesn't have enough information to comment.

Speaking to reporters, he said: "We talked about it a little bit today in matchmaking - I don't know enough about it.

"I honestly don't even know enough about it to comment on it. Obviously I've seen what you guys have - you guys have seen more than me, actually, to be honest with you.

"I haven't talked to Conor, so I don't know what the truth is. I don't know exactly what happened. So to comment on it, I really can't."

McGregor, of course, is still on the mend following surgery on his broken leg that he suffered in his last Octagon outing against Dustin Poirier.

But he's kept himself in the limelight following the alleged accusations against him, with Michael Bisping slamming the former UFC double champion.

"At some point, Conor's gotta get his sh*t together," said the former UFC middleweight champion. "Because this is gonna end badly one day. You need people around you that are gonna tell you 'no.'

"You need people that are gonna hold you accountable. It seems like a long time ago, he was a double champ of the world. I was a fan of that guy. I'm not a fan of this guy. I don't think anyone is a fan of this guy.

"And I think that soon he's going to run out of steam. The train is going to run out of steam. Conor can't continue like this and one day he's gonna pick on the wrong person.

"And by the way, the old guy at the bar, Machine Gun Kelly and Francesco Facchinetti, these aren't tough guys.

"I'm not trying to sound tough for myself but he's not starting on me. The guys he's starting fights with aren't 6-foot-5, covered in tattoos and on steroids.

"Francesco Facchinetti looks like he couldn't punch his way out of a wet paper bag. Machine Gun Kelly looks like the biggest wimp you've ever seen in your life and the old guy in the bar is an old guy at the bar.

"If he's truly this much of a bada*s, go and pick on someone - not your own size because picking on someone your own size isn't hard, is it? - pick on someone that can fight.

"You're a professional fighter. You are supposed to be looking for challenges but what he is essentially turned into right now is a bully you know and no-one likes a bully."
