UFC superstar Khabib Nurmagomedov has an astonishing net worth of $100 million, according to his father Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov.

The UFC lightweight champion has become one of the sport's biggest stars following his performances inside the famed Octagon, which includes victories over Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier.

He beat McGregor at UFC 229 with the pay-per-view event shattering the promotion's PPV record. The show brought in a whopping 2.4 million buys.

McGregor has a reported net worth of $120 million as Nurmagomedov rivals the Irishman as UFC's money king.

Speaking to Russian entrepreneur Igor Rybakov, Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov revealed his son's value.

When Rybakov asked if it was around $10 million to $50 million, the decorated coach replied: "not enough," before answering that $100 million was a more "realistic" value per RT Sport.

Nurmagomedov is one of the highest paid athletes in the UFC and boasts lucrative sponsorship deals with Gorilla energy drinks and Reebok, among others.

Nurmagomedov's UFC return, meanwhile, has been postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak.

He's believed to be stranded in Russia as they close their borders due to the global pandemic, and his nemesis McGregor pulled no punches as he savaged the undefeated champion.

But the Dagestan fighter hit back at McGregor's "chicken" claim.

"What happened on Oct. 6, 2018?" he asked. "When we had six months' training camp before the fight, you do everything that you can, and you come inside the cage. You talk lot of bad things before the fight. Six months, you train very hard and you come inside the cage and you tap like chicken.

"OK, a couple days ago, he sent message, 'Hey, people, please take care of your family, be safe, stay home, government says stay home,' - couple days ago.

"Now he talk, 'I'm in good shape, blah blah blah, I'm gonna fight.' This is fake. For me, it's fake. I was always real. Maybe someone like, maybe someone don't like. But this is not my job. But I was always real. But this guy's fake.

"Conor always going to be No. 2, always. He can never can do nothing with me. Inside the cage with me, he's zero."
