In typical fashion, Mourinho is heard telling his players: "You are a team of good guys... but good guys never win."
The Portuguese manager arrived in November after the sacking of Mauricio Pochettino, who had guided the club to a Champions League final five months earlier.
Pochettino had endured a miserable start to the campaign however, with the club languishing in 14th place.
A Carabao Cup elimination at the hands of Colchester United and a 7-2 thrashing from Bayern Munich in the Champions League were also low points.
The Argentine's time as manager will be covered in the documentary and the doc reportedly captured huge moments regarding his departure.

Other scenes of interest in the trailer include Dele Alli's frustrations boiling over and an angry Son Heung-min protesting a red card against Chelsea.
It's not all doom and gloom however.
Alli and Eric Dier are seen joking around together to provide some levity in an otherwise bleak season for Spurs.
The North London side finished sixth and will play in the Europa League next season.
Another previously released showed Mourinho telling his players they need to be "an intelligent bunch of c***s".

The 57-year-old says: "You need to communicate and maybe I'm wrong - maybe I'm wrong - I feel that you are honestly a very nice group of guys.
"But for 90 minutes - for 90 minutes - you cannot be nice. For 90 minutes you have to be a bunch of c***s. Intelligent c***s, not stupid c***s. B******s in the sense that you are there to win matches, man."
'All Or Nothing' looks to be everything fans wanted it to be. Roll on August 31.
