Footage from the EA Sports FC 24 game has emerged online.

A cutscene from the Ballon d'Or ceremony on EA Sports FC 24 career mode has been leaked online.

EA Sports unveiled the official trailer for their new game at an event in Amsterdam on Thursday evening, with exclusive gameplay footage being broadcast to the wider public.

Hypermotion V, a motion capture system that's being labelled the "biggest leap forward" in realism to-date, was a main talking point alongside Play Styles and the Frostbite Engine.

This new technology will "blur the lines between virtual and real football", according to EA Sports FC’s vice president David Jackson. But what about the often underappreciated Career Mode?

After Saturday's trailer focused mainly on the overall gameplay, EA Sports soon gave us more information on their official website. Here, they have split the modes into two sections; Player Career and Manager Career.

Manager Career will give you more control over your tactics, coaches to help you implement your vision, and new training features to get the best out of your squad on matchday.

In regards to the Player Career, EA say: "Chart your dream career path with help from the new Player Agent and evolve on the pitch with a reinvented Personality system built around the all new PlayStyles."

It appears agents will be much more involved than in previous editions. In fact, agents will likely attend the annual Ballon d'Or ceremony in your save.

As you can see in the leaked footage above, it looks like the event, organised by France Football magazine, will take place on EA Sports FC 24.

In this specific clip, a number of Manchester City players can be seen in the cutscene, including Phil Foden, Ederson and Kyle Walker, as well as manager Pep Guardiola, who can be seen applauding winner Lars Jansen.

It also appears transfer expert Fabrizio Romano will appear in EA Sports FC's Career Mode in some capacity.

Back in April, he teased having some involvement in the new game on his Twitter account, when he quote-tweeted a post from Pepsi, who shared a can with the EA Sports FC and added the "join the club" slogan.

A screenshot of Romano's tweets, posted to 16.7 million followers on Twitter, also emerged, although the social media section doing the rounds was a concept from styleftbl.

Thoughts on the EA FC 24 trailer? What would you like to see included in the upcoming game?
