Barcelona's four-man transfer wishlist for the summer has been revealed, includes Premier League star

Barcelona have four players in mind.

Barcelona's four-player transfer wishlist for next summer has been reportedly revealed - and it contains one Premier League star.

The Spanish giants are already on the lookout for a new manager, with club legend Xavi having already announced his intention to leave the club at the end of the current season.

Former Bayern Munich and Germany boss Hansi Flick is the current favourite to take over the role, while the current Bayern boss Thomas Tuchel may also be available once he departs the Allianz Arena this summer.

It remains to be seen what sort of budget the new manager will have to improve his playing squad, with Barca desperate to reclaim the La Liga title that they appear destined to relinquish their hold on this term.

According to Spanish outlet SPORT, Barca will focus on improving their midfield department next summer, following the departure of Sergio Busquets and Gavi's ongoing recovery from an ACL injury.

It is claimed that their key target for the position is Everton star Amadou Onana, who has been one of the shining lights in a challenging season on and off the pitch for the Toffees this season.

The report adds that Onana is appreciated by Barcelona because of his 'physique, confidence and aerial ability', as well as his ability to score goals inside the opposition's penalty area.

Barca have also scouted domestic talents, and are said to be considering a raid on second-placed Girona for former Manchester City midfielder Aleix Garcia, who has a €15 million release clause.

The third name on the list is Feyenoord midfielder Mats Wieffer. The recommendation of the Netherlands international is said to have come from former Barca left-back Giovani van Bronckhorst, who managed the midfielder during his time with the Dutch giants.

And the final name is Bayern Munich's Joshua Kimmich, who has been persistently linked with a move away from the Allianz Arena in recent months.

Kimmich also carries interest from Manchester City and Manchester United, and despite being set to enter the final 12 months of his contract, it is believed that Bayern will ask for at least €80 million to sell him this summer.
