The Lyon bus was attacked while travelling to the club's derby encounter at Marseille, with manager Fabio Grosso injured, according to reports.
According to RMC Sport, Lyon's coach was stoned while the club were travelling to their fixture against Marseille.
The bus was attacked upon its arrival at the Stade Vélodrome, with two of its windows having been smashed.

Indeed, manager Grosso is currently receiving treatment, having sustained a facial injury during the incident. The manager is said to have been struck by glass.
RMC have claimed that two items were thrown at two different parts of the bus, with Grosso and his deputy having both struck in the face and "badly" cut.
The pair are said to be receiving treatment in the stadium infirmary, while a meeting is taking place in the dressing room at the moment with Lyon owner John Textor and the players.
It has been a tempestuous season at Lyon, a club who between 2001 and 2008 won seven consecutive Ligue 1 titles.
Having played nine games, they sit bottom of the table having failed to win a single fixture and suffered six defeats.

The club, who were in the Champions League semi-final as recently as 2020, slipped to the bottom of the table after losing 2-1 at home to Clermont Foot on Sunday.
It was the latest humbling in an atrocious start to the campaign, with a 4-1 thrashing at home to PSG in early September the final straw for the Lyon board, who sacked Laurent Blanc and replaced him with Grosso.
