Paris Saint-Germain stars like Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe are banned from using their mobile phones in the club's canteen as part of strict rules under the new regime.
After disappointment in the Champions League yet again, the club sacked Mauricio Pochettino and replaced him with Christophe Galtier, who left his post as Nice manager.
The Ligue One champions are currently in Japan for their pre-season tour and are getting to grips with their new coach's methods and way of working.

And according to MARCA, Galtier is wasting no time in putting his foot down. Phones are not permitted while players have breakfast and lunch in a bid to bring the squad closer together and bring about more unity.
All players must eat their meals together at the club's Camp des Loges to avoid any cliques emerging, while lateness is not being tolerated whatsoever.
PSG players have been instructed to arrive for training between 8:30 and 8:45 and if they are not on time without a valid and reasonable explanation, they will be sent home.

It's said the regulations have been taken to well by the group and they have responded well.
Neymar, who had been heavily linked with a departure from the Parc des Princes, is believed to have reacted positively and has not shown any signs of lacking commitment.
PSG started their pre-season preparations off with a 2-0 win over Ligue 2 side Quevilly-Rouen in a game where Messi let Sergio Ramos take a penalty.

They then travelled to Japan, where they've beaten both Kawasaki and Urawa Reds. The final stop on the tour will see PSG play Gamba Osaka on Monday, before they contest the Trophee des Champions final against Nantes.
