Tottenham have completed the signing of Giovani Lo Celso from Real Betis.
The Argentina midfielder joins Spurs on an initial season-long loan with the club having the option to make the transfer permanent for £55 million. He'll wear the No.18 shirt this season.
The 23-year-old rose to prominence in Argentina with Paris Saint-Germain securing his services on a five-year deal for £8.5 million in 2016.

But he spent just one full season in France as the player enjoyed a prolific spell last season in Spain with Real Betis. He played 32 La Liga games, weighing in with nine goals.
Lo Celso is Spurs' fourth signing of the summer following the arrivals of Tanguy Ndombele, Jack Clarke and Kion Etete.
Shortly after confirming Lo Celso, the North London outfit announced the signing of Ryan Sessegnon from Fulham. The 19-year-old joins the Premier League team for a reported £30 million.
