The shortlist for France's Young Player of the Year award has been revealed, and it's stacked with stellar talent.
Being honest, France's squad depth on the whole is unfair. They've got four top-level players for every position and could probably field three teams that would all beat England.
A feature of their squad, in particular the attacking players, is that they are all very young and still improving. And so it's no surprise to see that the shortlist for the French Young Player of the Year, run by TF1, includes bags of talent.

Check out the 11-man list:
For starters, you've got the 2017 Golden Boy winner Kylian Mbappe, who scored 26 goals in 44 appearances for Monaco as they won Ligue One and reached the Champions League, before notching seven in 13 after his big move to PSG move.

The 18-year old sensation is undoubtedly the favourite for the award, but there's talent aplenty. Ousmane Dembele, the second most expensive player in world football following his £97 million switch to Barcelona, endured a brilliant first half of 2017, while Anthony Martial, despite being rotated by Jose Mourinho, has six goals and four assists in just 680 minutes of football in all competitions.

Then there's Moussa Dembele, who scored 32 times in 49 appearances for Celtic last season and has netted seven this season, as well as Kingsley Coman and Jean-Kevin Augustin.
