Daniel Cormier has revealed that he would consider coming out of retirement to finish off a Jon Jones trilogy. Cormier is set to have his final fight against Stipe Miocic at UFC 252.
Daniel Cormier has said that UFC 252 will be his last UFC event, fighting against Stipe Miocic to complete their incredible trilogy.

With Cormier promising this will be his last fight, people have already been asking what will tempt him out of retirement in the near-future.
However, the UFC legend said that he would only come back to finish off a trilogy against Jon Jones.
DC's trainer Javier Mendez has warned only a third crack at arch rival Jones would prevent the champion from riding off into the sunset - and it would set the UFC back financially.

Mendez told SunSport: "Of course, will the UFC want him to retire? Maybe they'll throw a bag of cash at him and say let's do the Jon Jones trilogy but at heavyweight. That's the only fight that could get him going, I'm not sure that's behind him as he did lose twice to him."
Jones was the first man to beat Cormier back in 2015.
He then won the rematch two years later by knockout, though the decision was overturned into a no-contest after Jones tested positive for anabolic steroid Turinabol.

Cormier's decider against 37-year-old Miocic was marred with uncertainty following the coronavirus pandemic.
But with the UFC fighting on with behind closed doors events, Cormier will put on the gloves for the last time in front of the UFC's empty Apex Center.
