Plenty of racing to get stuck into on Wednesday, with flat racing taking place at Catterick, Lingfield, Sandown (evening) and Yarmouth (evening), with jump racing staged at Uttoxeter. In Ireland, Killarney stages a mixed flat and jump meeting.

Here are Danny Archer's selections...

Duchess to be leading lady at Catterick

3:15: Catterick: Three Duchesses 6/4.

Michael Bell's charge won decisively at Yarmouth last time and a reproduction of that effort makes him hard to beat here.

3:50: Catterick: Straightothepoint 9/2.

Run with credit all season and was a good third at Beverley last time. He remains off a workable mark and can make his presence felt.

4:20: Catterick: Khitaamy 11/10.

Ed Dunlop's charge was a disappointing fifth at Chelmsford last time but this is a weak race and returning to turf looks sure to suit.

World is Open's Oyster

6:25: Killarney: Alaykha 7/4.

Stable been quite quiet of late but if this three-year-old daughter of Sinndar can reproduce her narrow third placed finish at Limerick, she should prove tough to beat.

7:25: Killarney: Turasoir 12/1 Each Way.

Yet to win in seven starts but ran ok at Roscommon and looks as if she will improve for a further step up in trip.

8:00: Killarney: Open To The World 5/4.

A worthy favourite based on recent form.

Secret to spill the beans at Sandown

7:05: Sandown: Harba 11/8.

Kept on well to land the spoils at Beverley latest with the second that day winning since. She is entitled to improve again.

8:40: Sandown: Veiled Secret 5/4 NAP.

Looks to have a real chance based on narrow second at Sandown last month. This trip seems to suit and with the addition of cheekpieces also a plus, he should go very well.

Steel looks solid at Uttoxeter

3:35: Uttoxeter: Supreme Steel 11/8.

Nice second on stable debut behind a horse who has won again since.

5:15: Uttoxeter: Arizona Bound 5/4.

Gordon Elliott's sole representative here today and following two seconds at Perth, he can go one better.

Queen to reign at Yarmouth

5:45: Yarmouth: Syrian Pearl 8/1 Each Way.

Chris Wall's charge has struggled in two starts so far this season but he may have needed both of those starts and dropped to a mark of 85, he represents decent each-way value.

7:15: Yarmouth: UAE Queen 2/1.

Has to put a disappointing effort at Nottingham behind her, but she had previously finished a decent third at Redcar and is given another chance on firmer ground here.

Danny's Daily Win Double

4:20: Catterick: Khitaamy

8:40: Sandown: Veiled Secret

7/2
