Wrexham co-owner Ryan Reynolds hilariously trolls wife Blake Lively after her Super Bowl appearance

Wrexham co-owner Ryan Reynolds hilariously trolls wife Blake Lively after her Super Bowl appearance

Blake Lively was in attendance alongside Taylor Swift as Kansas City Chiefs beat San Francisco 49ers.

Wrexham co-owner Ryan Reynolds made a hilarious joke about wife Blake Lively during Super Bowl 58.

Kansas City Chiefs beat San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in overtime as star quarter-back Patrick Mahomes threw the game-winning touchdown.

But angry fans on social media hit out at the Las Vegas showdown, claiming Super Bowl 58 was 'rigged'.

UK fans also were also left in disbelief at a feature during the coverage.

The Chiefs needed overtime to beat the 49ers - just the second time it has happened in Super Bowl history.

Taylor Swift was in attendance to show her support for boyfriend Travis Kelce, watching the game alongside Ice Spice and Lively.

At half-time, the long-awaited teaser trailer for Deadpool 3 was released.

The third instalment of the Deadpool franchise will star Hugh Jackson, who will play James 'Logan' Howlett, better known as Wolverine.

Deadpool actor Reynolds took to social media to react to the teaser trailer during Super Bowl 58 and ruthlessly aimed a dig at Lively.

He posted a picture of himself next to his television showing the Deadpool 3 trailer, accompanied with the caption: "Has everyone seen the #Deadpool trailer? Also has anyone seen my wife?"

Lively and Swift watched the Chiefs secure back-to-back Super Bowl titles following their victory over the 49ers on Sunday.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said: "There was no doubting it. The guys were great. The defense played out of their mind, and the offense just kept persevering, pushing and pushing. It was beautiful."

Mahomes, who has now won three Super Bowl titles in his legendary career, added: "This game was a microcosm of our whole entire season. The defense kept us in there and the offense made plays when it counted. I'm proud of the guys, they kept believing.

"Just know that the Kansas City Chiefs are never underdogs."
